Stepometer or Pedometers seem to be the gadget of the moment. They count how many steps you do – see how many you do in a day and try and do a few more!
And how about getting off the bus early and walking the rest of the way?
Sponsored walks can be loads of fun and raise money for a good cause too. Perhaps you have a favourite charity – have a look on their website and see if they have anything going on. If not what about organising one yourself?
Get your friends, family or college involved and get walking!
Make sure you have a comfy pair of trainers and always tell someone where you are going!
