You do not have to be able to wrap your ankles round your ears to do yoga!

Yoga is good for your body – gently stretching your muscles and is very relaxing too.

It is good to have someone doing yoga with you to make sure you are doing it right or to help you with the stretches.

Never stretch if it hurts you – that’s how you pull muscles!
