The experts say we should be drinking 2 and a half litres of water every day!

This seems like a lot but don’t forget water is the main ingredient of still drinks and fizzy drinks, fruit juices and of course fruit and vegetables all have a high water content.

Think of your body like a plant. You have to water it or else you will wilt!
