Day services are for you if you have had enough of college and school but are not ready to go to work yet.
You must be over 16 (sometimes over 18) and usually you have to live in the same area as the centre.
You will have support from a staff team and a key worker who will help you.
If you like a day centre you will go through an assessment to double check it is right for you. This is nothing to worry about, often it will be a chat with the staff at the centre and you can join in a few sessions.
