Day services run at the same time as college – usually from nine or ten in the morning to three or four in the afternoon.
This is a long time to be somewhere and it is really important you like the place and like what you are doing.
Some services are starting to offer evening or weekend places for some activities. Others are ‘drop-in’ centres where you can choose when you want to go and what you would like to do when you get there.
