Reasons for your feelings

There are many reasons that you can feel sad, angry, scared or confused

Sometimes you can feel like this if there are changes in your life, but they do not always have to be changes, here are a few examples:

  • If there are changes in your life

  • If you are being bullied

  • If your parents are splitting up

  • If someone has hurt you

  • If someone close to you gets hurt

  • If you are stressed about something

  • If you have a phobia, which means that you are scared of something

  • If you feel depressed

  • If someone close to you dies

  • If you have low self-esteem

  • If you are bored

  • If you feel that something is missing from your life.
