Meeting up with people can be a great way of helping you with dealing with things
You can meet up with friends or get involved in making some new friends. You could go to a place that you know or try something new. You can get involved with a local group or activity that’s into things that you are into. Whether you are into drama, dancing, fishing, Kung Foo, swimming, relaxation classes, art classes and many, many more things.
You can find out about these groups from your local public library or you can ask your social worker about it.
