There are lots of counselling services around.

There are lots of types of counselling services who can help you deal with different types of difficulties or issues. If you do not want this kind of service you may be able to get information on different kinds of services in your area. They can sometimes give you some suggestions on what to do next and you choose what you want to do, or they might have some information that could be very helpful for you to know.

You can find out more about counselling and other services from your doctor, social worker, health centre or local phone book.

There are a lot of helpful groups that can help you find someone to help you. There are different organisations for different things.
