These are young people who live far away but would like to have friendships by writing to each other.
YOU MUST NEVER GIVE YOUR ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TO ANYONE WITHOUT CHECKING WITH SOMEONE OLDER THAN YOU (WHO IS OVER 18) FIRST. YOU MUST NEVER MEET ANYONE YOU HAVE NOT MET BEFORE UNLESS YOU GO WITH SOMEONE WHO CARES FOR YOU.
