Have a Circle of Support

A circle of support is sometimes called a circle of friends. It is a group of people who meet together regularly to help you meet your personal goals in life. These people may include family, support workers and friends you already have.

They are the people who help you to do the things you would like to do. You decide who you want to invite to be in the circle. Choose someone to take care of the work that is needed to keep the circle running.

A Circle of Support is a great way of getting to do the things you like and making new friends by building on the people who are already a part of your life.
