Put your favourites on the ‘My Story’ section.

PEDAL POWER

Is a cycle club for adults with a Learning Disability that meet at the East Way Cycle Track in East London.

The cost is £2.50 for the day. You can bring your own bike or hire one for £5.00.

If you would like to attend, you need to bring someone along with you.

MY TIME, MY CHOICE – LIVING A FULLER LIFE WITH LEISURE AND SPORT

This is a project that wants you to:

  • Be included

  • Have more choice

  • Have independence

  • Enjoy yourselves!

They want the sports club in your area to make things easier for you to join.

Such as having their information in easier words and pictures and including you in what sports and leisure things you would like your club to offer.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS GREAT BRITAIN

Athletes can train and compete at all different levels, ranging from local to UK wide and even competing for Great Britain.

The special olympics can give you the chance to get fit, help you achieve and have fun.

If you enjoy athletics and would like to join a local group in London, there are groups in Enfield, Barking, Dagenham, Harrow, Southward and Waltham Forest.
