Before you start working, it is a good idea to go and see Welfare Rights so that you don't get caught out.
They will tell you how many hours you can work without your benefits being affected and if you do want to work more hours, how much you can claim back with working tax credits.
It's worth speaking to them! You can find them by looking on your council website for Welfare Rights or typing into a google search Welfare Rights and the name of your town.
Welfare Rights will help if you need information in different languages or try and arrange an interpreter
