You can also get in touch with Connexions Direct who can also offer you information and advice over the telephone, on-line or by text. You don’t have to give your name if you don’t want to.
It is important that you let the personal adviser know that you come from a BME community so that they can make sure you get all the right information.
If you live in an area where there are lots of other young people from the BME community you should find that there are personal advisers from the BME communities who work there. If you find it easier being supported from someone from the BME community, ASK.
