You need to be getting the high rate mobility Disability Living Allowance (DLA). (See the Mobility Benefits Section for further information about DLA)
The DSS will pay all or some of your mobility benefit to Motability Finance Ltd on your behalf.
If you are under 18 or unable to drive yourself you can still use the scheme and your parents or carer can drive your car for you.
