When you are stressed or have a lot of things on your mind, relaxing can help your body and mind calm down

You might find it quite easy to relax by listening to music, walking, or writing. However, sometimes it can be quite difficult to relax. It may help going to a relaxation or meditation class.

Meditation is a good way of calming your mind, a way of finding peace. It also makes your body relaxed. This is great for when you are feeling stressed and want to calm down or it is just a good way to relax. Your GP and local library will have information about these classes.
