Looking after your body is very important and looking good can help you feel good too.

Start off with a soak in a bubble bath. Make sure you are using bubbles, shampoo and conditioner that is right for you and your hair and skin. There are lots to choose from some of them smell delicious but don’t eat them because they don’t taste as good as they smell!

You can make face masks to clean and look after your skin from natural ingredients, leave it on your face for about 5 minutes and clean it off with cool water.

If you have a foot spa use it, if not get a bowl of warm water with some bubble bath in to soak your feet in. Afterwards give them a rub with moisturising lotion.

If you have tired eyes and some cucumber cut two thick slices and lie back, shut your eyes and pop them on top. Cucumber helps refresh your eyes.
