First Aid Kit
It might be a good idea to take a first aid kit with you, including some needles, because some countries do not have good, safe medicine and treatments.
Remember to take with you any special medicine that you might need. If you need regular injections you will need a form from your doctor. This is so that you can take things like needles on an aeroplane.
If you are going on holiday in Europe make sure that you get an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) from the Post Office. Find out more about the EHIC from the Post Office Website. Always make sure you have some travel insurance – to pay for any treatment you may have on holiday abroad.
