The better you can make yourself understood, the easier it gets to join in.

There are many different ways of communicating such as writing a letter, an email, calling someone or going to a meeting.

If there is something really important you want to communicate, it sometimes helps to think about it first and remember the main points (or write them down) as this helps you get your message across clearly.
